Pastor Jim will be hosting a study to read through the Bible in a year beginning in January 20205. The unique thing about this opportunity is instead of reading the Bible Genesis through Revelation, The One Year Chronological Bible arranges events in the order in which they occurred. This allows you to read the whole Bible as a single story and to see the unfolding of God’s plan in history. There will be an optional one-hour check-in offered the second Tuesday of each month, either at Noon or at 7pm at HSLC. This will be an opportunity to discuss questions your readings created that month, things contained in scripture you read for the first time, and the ups and downs of a rigorous discipline like daily Bible reading. Display copies will be available on the patio between worship services beginning November 3 to help you consider joining this study opportunity.
